Matthew leads model-based coordination using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 to detect and resolve MEP clashes before they reach the field. His BIM process is integrated with owner review milestones, reducing costly RFIs, compressing construction schedules, and producing accurate as-built documentation suitable for ongoing facility management.

Matthew is fluent in the full spectrum of construction procurement and delivery methods, including Construction Manager at Risk (CM/GC), Design-Build, hard-bid General Contracting, Job Order Contracting (JOC), and Owner's Representative engagements. His cross-method experience allows him to advise institutional owners on the optimal delivery strategy for each program's specific risk profile and schedule requirements.

Matthew holds the LEED AP BD+C credential issued by the U.S. Green Building Council. He has guided project teams through LEED certification at Silver, Gold, and Platinum levels, coordinating energy modeling, commissioning, materials documentation, and indoor environmental quality strategies. He understands that sustainable buildings deliver measurably lower operating costs and greater long-term value for institutional owners.
